Eating healthy food is not enough to lose weight. In fact eating healthy diet does not ensure that you will lose weight. Your weight is a balance between the calories you take in and the calories you burn. Eating low-calorie food and burning more calories than you take in helps to reduce weight. Exercise, which burns most of your calories and changing your diet is the best way to lose weight. If regular exercise is included in your weight loss program is not only healthier but also successful. If you eat healthy food and exercise daily, you not only boost your immunity but also make your bones and your muscles strong. What is the substitute for exercise if we don’t find time for exercise or cannot diet? Exercise and diet are not the only ways by which you can lose weight. EAT PROTEIN RICH FOOD:

Include almonds, green vegetables, eggs, milk, cheese, meat, fish, oats broccoli, etc in your diet so that your body gets plenty of proteins which has a major effect on your appetite. These food substances reduce your hunger and help to intake a few calories. Protein has the property of reducing weight without exercise.

EAT PLENTY OF FIBRE:

A type of fibre called Viscous Fibre which is found only in plants like beans, flax seeds, brussels sprouts etc forms a gel that slows down digestion and reduces food intake.

CHEW WELL:

Chew your food thoroughly so that your brain feels that you have eaten enough. If you chew your food thoroughly, it makes you eat more slowly. Chewing properly can help a person savor what he is eating.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER:

Make a habit of drinking water 30 minutes before taking a meal. This reduces calorie intake and reduces your hunger.
